Inner Mongolia Qian Feng Graphite Industry Company is located in Wuchuan County the Eastern part of Qilian Mountain . It has the advantages of convenient transportation network with 120KM distance from Huhe Haote City Inner Mongolia and 40KM from railway and 130KM from airport respectively . Formerly Qian Feng Graphite Industry Company was the state-owned graphite mine in Wuchuan county with 30 years history of graphite powder mining and processing . In 1996 the state-owned company have been reformed in system and merged by Qian Feng Company . For the time being it has the fixed assets of RMB26 millions . The total employee members are 368 with senior and medium level engineers of 38 . It has the superior natural graphite resources of large flake with deposit-exploited up to 20m tons , all of which are the superior sulphur-free graphite resource with 5% of 32mesh flake , 20% of 50mesh flake , 20% of 80mesh flake , 15% of 100mesh flake and about 60% of plus mesh flake . All these are the perfect resource for production of high-purified and expandable graphite . Based on the current mining scale of 5000MT annually the deposit could be mined for 50 years . With the superior resource as the raw materials and the advanced process of dressing , floating ,purifying and ultra grinding , we can produce various grades of graphite with FC from 85-99.99% and size from 500-0.5um . The graphite with special requirements of moisture , ash , size distribution and remains percentage on or below sieve applying in battery , electrical brush , graphite dag etc .could be processed accordingly .

Battery graphite：

    A、high-purified graphite for alkaline battery
Based on ultra-low molybdenum high-purified graphite this kind of graphite is newly developed to be used in non-mercury battery . It has the properties of high purity , excellent electrical property and ultra-low trace elements etc . With the advanced chemical treatment process the trace elements are strictly controlled . It's stable in all the technical properties and level the top compared with same products domestically . It can substitute for the same exported product and largely extend the operation and storage lifetime of the battery as the important materials in production of environmental-protective non-mercury alkaline battery .
Grades : T-399.9
    Properties : resistant to high-temperature , good electrical and heat conductivity , chemical stability , resistant to corrosion of acid and alkaline , non toxic and harmful and superior environmental-protective materials .
    Usage ： Mainly used in production of mercury-free alkaline battery
,rechargable battery ,lithium -ion battery and coating of internal and
external sections of CRT etc。

B . expandable graphite for non-mercury alkaline battery

By chemical treatment the flake graphite is changed into expandable graphite . With roasting at high-temperature of 1000 ℃ the volume of expandable graphite is up to 200-250 times . Also called creep graphite it's form is kind of net structure with hole diameter at 10-100nm . So expandable graphite is called as nanometer-class composite materials . Expandable graphite has the superior properties to be used as sealing , battery and environmental-protective materials . Through the grinding and size distribution process the size of the expandable graphite powder for non-mercury alkaline battery made by us can reach to d97.325mesh under 50-80mesh conditions . In such case the electrical conductive substance content in positive pole of battery can be reduced with increasing the active substance . So the internal resistance in battery could be reduced and the electrical capacity is improved .

C、spherical graphite for lithium-ion battery
Taking the superior natural flake graphite as raw materials by advanced treatment process to modify the graphite surface the spherical graphite is made like elliptic sphere with different size that is the substitute for the negative pole materials in rechargeable lithium-ion battery .
